To Whom It May Concern:

I am applying for the Recreational Therapist position at your facility. Your
company has an impressive record of providing quality healthcare services and I
would like to become part of your team. I can provide your patients with quality
Recreational Therapy services. I would also like to challenge and improve myself as
a Therapist by working in a new setting.

I hold a Bachelors degree with an emphasis in Recreational Therapy from the
University of Utah. I am currently certified through the National Council on
Therapeutic Recreation Certification (NCTRC) and hold a valid license to practice in
the State of Utah. I have worked as a Recreational Therapist at Benchmark
Behavioral Health System and most recently at University Neuropsychiatric
Institute (UNI) at the University of Utah. I have worked with voluntary and
involuntary patients with diagnosis to include Psychosis, Mood Disorders and
Substance Abuse Recovery in a variety of ages, but primarily with Adults (18+). My
key roles at UNI included: Facilitating Group, Patient Assessments, Group Notes,
Care Plan, Treatment Reviews, Discharges, Department Meetings, Continuing
Education Courses, ROPES Course Certification and Communicating with the
Interdisciplinary Team. The charting system used is EPIC Hyperspace.

Thank you for your consideration. I would appreciate the opportunity to
show you my work and discuss how we can benefit each other.

Sincerely,

Ty Morrison
