The laptop is to be used for EDUCATIONALLY

APPROPRIATE activities. Please remain on task

during class.
Students are allowed to print following the KMS
Printing Guidelines.
Students are allowed to check their email during
class time with teacher permission.
Log out of the laptop at the end of each class.
Save all work to the desktop and the Network
Folder. Regularly backup work to an external drive
(i.e. thumb drive).
Secure your laptop properly in the carrying case.
Transport the laptop in the approved carrying
case.
Keep laptops clean and in excellent working
condition.
At the start of the class period, all laptops are
closed.
Students are allowed to open or use their
laptop with teacher permission.
When sound is allowed by teachers, studentowned earbuds/headphones are required.
Earbuds are preferred. Students must only use
one earbud and must not share.
