Terms and Conditions

 Delivery: Within 4 weeks after the receipt of LPO.
 Warranty: 3 Months from the date of project sign-off.
 Payment Details: 50% advance and 50% on project sign-off.
 AMC: 20% of the total project cost which includes onsite support, bug fixes, feature and
application updates.
 Validity of the Offer: This proposal is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of this
proposal. The proposal will have to be revalidated after the expiry period.
Support: We work from Sunday Thursday (9:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.)
Six Months support will be free after the completion of implementation
