0 INTRODUCTION
The Green office is one of our company goals inspired by our director to
create an eco-friendly company or specifically as environmentally
builder/contractor. To archive the icon as first eco-contractor or eco builder in
this country, we should start this eco-friendly behavior from the bottom i.e.
our self as a staff of this company. We should create awareness and a feeling
of love to our nature in our daily activity not only while working in office or
construction site, but in every breath we take every day.

2.0 OBJECTIVE
The main objective of this Green Office Implementation is to start our first
step in order to archive the icon of eco-contractor/builder. The sub objectives
are as below:a) To create a greater awareness and application of more sustainable daily
operations and practices in office.
b) To guide and educate the staffs on modifying their behavior and management
practices (Reduce, Reuse and Recycling) for the benefit of the environment.
c) To study effects of eco-friendly practices to office electricity.
d) To study effects of eco-friendly practices to paper and toner usage.
e) To study effects of eco-friendly practices to company profit.
3.0 Period of Implementation
The Green office Implementation shall be carried out at Site Office in 6 month
start October 2014 and end April 2015. If the result of this implementation
achieve the objective, the implementation shall be continued and applied to all
projects and departments.

4.0 Data and Analysis

Data that will be collected during the implementation is:
1) Monthly record of TNB meter
2) Monthly record of SYABAS meter
3) Monthly record of paper usage
This data shall be recorded in a simple monthly report format, and compared
with data taken before the Green Office campaign started. The usage of the
energy, water and paper shall be analysed in order to know is the Green office
Objectives is archived or not.
