In an organization, they need power to survive in business world. Power can in any form. Pattern
can be valued as power which knows as knowledge power. The pattern needs to be secure so
other people have no right to copy in any form of matter. However the power can be less value or
have not significant about its existence when there is no defender against the violator. Lets use
Fusion system as an example of pattern protection. The company has developed technology that
allow high intensity lamp with less energy consumption. The client they assist is Adolph Coors
Company an aluminum tin manufacturer that uses high light intensity for drying purpose. There
are more other customers dealing with fusion and Mitsubishi is one of them. However,
Mitsubishi have stripped down the products and copying all the pattern application. Earlier in
time Fusion didnt aware about whats going around. The pattern have massively copied and
once the news come into Fusion knowledge, the tried to negotiate about this serious matter.
