A Double Lateral Stroke is defined as a single, relaxed wrist rotation that produces
two notes in succession. This rotation should feel effortless, without any tension or
squeezing in the hand. The player should exaggerate the wrist motion in the beginning
stages of working this specific technique. Keep the metronome speed above Dotted
Quarter Note = 150, as this technique
should ONLY be used for faster passages.
