PETITION FOR
VISITORIAL RIGHTS
COMES NOW, the petitioner, through the undersigned counsel, unto
this Honorable Court, most respectfully states that:
1. Petitioner, KEVIN M. SPACEY and Respondent, MARIA MAYA
H. SPACEY are the parents of JODIE FOSTER SPACEY, who
was born on January 2, 2011. She is now four (4) years old.
2. Custody. With regards to the custody of the child, parties have
agreed that the mother; MARIA MAYA H. SPACEY shall have
sole and exclusive custody of the child consistent with the Family
Code1 and select recent jurisprudence2 specific on the matter.
3. Visitation Rights. The petitioner requests the respondent to allow
him visitorial rights for their child subject to the following terms
and conditions to wit:
3.1 To allow the petitioner to visit his child at least two (2)
times a week at the petitioners preference to which day
excluding weekends;
1 Article 213 of the Family Code. In case of separation of the parents, parental
authority shall be exercised by the parent designated by the court. The court shall
take into account all relevant considerations, especially the choice of the child over
seven years of age, unless the parent chosen is unfit. No child under seven years
of age shall be separated from the mother, unless the court finds
compelling reasons to order otherwise."

3.2 To allow communication with the child for a considerable


amount of time through phone or through Skype and/or
other forms of internet communication;
3.3 To allow attendance during select days of the Christmas
Season, select school activities and other activities that are
of benefit to the child.
3.4 To be with the child in times of emergencies like injuries,
operations etc.
4. Support. Parties agree that they will support the child together and
all expenses in raising the child will be shared by both of them
equally.
WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court to
approve the above compromise Agreement, considering that it is not against
law, public morals and public policy.
