Program, Fleet Assistance Program (FAP), and Temporary Additional Duties (TAD) for personnel.

" BRIEFING/REPORTING: Gathered data were reported to senior personnel on a daily & weekly basis and at times of
significant operational tempo. Briefed new personnel and their families regarding their new overseas assignment, rules, and
regulations that needed to be followed.

" DATA MANAGEMENT: Through various data sources the movement of incoming personnel to and throughout Japan was
gathered, compiled, and tracked. Created more effective data systems to store tracked personnel. Incoming/Outgoing
correspondence tracked by logging digitally and hard copy.

Digitalized thousand hard-copy files in transition to meet new federal guidelines. Ensured the destruction & proper disposal of
