Log on to any client on the appropriate SAP system

Go to transaction SM59.
On the Display and maintain RFC destinations screen, click the Create button.

On the RFC Destination screen, type in a RFC destination name. This name should contain meaningful
information such as the SID of the SAP system.
Select the Connection type from the connection type 3.
In the Technical settings section of the RFC Destination screen, type in the name or IP address of the Target
host.
Enter the number of System number. 00

In logon &security tab.

Enter the Language


Enter the client
User: Specify a user with Admin access (SAP_ALL)
Password: Password for above user
Save the RFC

Once you created the RFC connection go to utilities and test the connection.

You will see the screen like below if the test is successful.

Now to test the Authorization of your RFC Connection


Go to utilities >> Authorization test.

You will see the screen like below if the test is successful.

Now test remote logon.

You will see the screen like below if the test is successful.

If all the tests are successful you are ready to go with RFC to copy between clients.
