Regional Conference

2015

Ontario Atlantic

Sponsorship Proposal
AIESEC Waterloo and AIESEC Laurier

Letter of Support

On behalf of the Board of Advisors of AIESEC Laurier, we are extremely excited to support
AIESECs Ontario Atlantic Regional Conference. This is the first time that AIESEC Laurier
and AIESEC Waterloo have the honour of co-hosting this conference. During the conference,
students will be exposed to an intense learning environment that will develop leadership and
management skills that are transferable to challenges encountered in their future.

We highly encourage you to consider sponsoring this years conference, as it would be
giving you exposure to over 200 students from the Ontario-Atlantic Region. Outlined in this
proposal are various sponsorship tiers, which provide you with marketing strategies to meet the
interests and goals of your organization. Your organization would build its brand to conference
delegates and attendees from fourteen universities across the Ontario Atlantic region. These
delegates are part of the worlds largest student-run organization recognized by the United
Nations. In addition, they are the new generation of globally minded leaders such as alumnus Bill
Clinton, former President of the United States.

We hope that you join us in supporting AIESEC Laurier and AIESEC Waterloo as they host
the Ontario Atlantic Regional Conference. Your participation ensures students continue to benefit
from unique learning experiences and see the impact industry support can have to that learning.
