what you intend to land and why you intend to land it. Do not forget to advise Landing rep. No.. Goods to be landed must be properly
packed and labeled stating ships name-Ships spares in TRANSIT - full consignee address and Order No.
Under Goods description enter all info for goods to be landed (Maker, part name, package dimensions and weight).
Under Reason for Landing mention what kind of repair is required, not only Recondition etc.
