Possible solutions

More strict traffic rule should be applied. Violator should be fined

Basic knowledge about traffic rule and signal should be included in
school syllabus at primary level
There should be transparent system to execute the transportation
facilities. People not working properly (contractor, engineer etc.)
should be supervised regularly and required action should be taken
against the guilty.
Proper planning and management are necessary in road
construction
No. of transportation facility for rural areas should be increased
For avoiding train accidents proper maintenance is required.
Signalling system should be more efficient at railway line
