1. Study A/S/M P (Actuarial P Exam Study Manual) Chapter 1-7 (Be Able to do the
chapter 1-7 exercises) Do not study any other chapter; they are completely irre
levant!!!
Be able to recognize Discrete or Continuous Distribution and decide whic
h model to use for any given problem
Be able to solve Conditional/Permutation/Combination type problems insta
ntly
2. Study Regression. You're on your own for this one. It is vital and crucial
knowledge to have in order to properly succeed. Be able to formulate the regres
sive line, interpret a given data/graph set, understand the correlation and give
your own interpretation and more...

These are the necessary and most useful materials I found that should prepare yo
u entirely for the admissions test and interviews with Zipfian/Galvanize Data Sc
ience Program.
If you study all of the above, then you will definately overkill it with your ad
missions tests and interviews.
