Q: I can't find back a certain shipment number via VT03N.

I want to check now if it was deleted

Please contact the WM CoC Team. They can look up via VT22.
Q: I receive the error message HU line items were posted to different warehouses. What does
that mean?
Answer:
Wrong packing. Please check in the delivery if A-codes were packed onto Handling Units and
unpack them
again.

Q: I want to do MIGO for a purchase order but it does not find any line items
Answer:
Please check the purchase order for the confirmation control key on the tab confirmations.

It should be blank.

Please correct it and try MIGO again.


Q: I don't see any QI stock when using MMBE.
Answer:
Please go back to the initial screen and change the display version to 14.

When entering the MMBE stock overview again your QI stock will be visible.
Q: I can not print a pick list in SAP.
Answer:
Make sure your delivery is picked. For warehouse managed plants make sure the Transfer Order
is created.
Q: There is an error on the pick list. It shows the error Missing UOM conversion in material
master.
Answer:
Please check the BOM for this material. It should not show an alternative BOM 99. Please contact
your local Product Master Team to correct it.
Q: Where can I see the vendor master in SAP?
Answer:
Please use transaction MK03 to view it.
Q: Where can I see the customer master in SAP?
Answer:
Please use transaction VD03 to view it.
Q: I can not create a delivery for an STO. What could be the reason?
Answer:
Check in the STO if the route is filled in. If not, this is due an inconsistency in the tables TVKOL
and TVSTZ.
Please check these two tables in ZSE16 for the plant, shipping point, storage condition and
loading group from your STO.
There needs to be a correct link for the sending plant, sending storage location, loading group and
storage condition of the material. Storage condition and loading group can be checked in the
material master. If you detect an error please inform your local Product Master Team to correct it.
Q: I receive the error message According to dangerous goods check, delivery can not be saved.
What does that mean?
Answer:
Usually dangerous goods check errors are due to a missing route. Please check the delivery and
maintain the route accordingly.

Q: How can we make sure that the warehouse instructions are shown on the shipment pick list
ZQPS?
Answer:
Make sure the warehouse instruction text is entered in the delivery with the smallest number. The
warehouse intrsuctions are only taken from this delivery.
