FORM 2 - LETTER OF AUTHORISATION

Pursuant to s23(1)(b) of the Land Acquisition Act, I hereby authorise the Collector of Land
Revenue to deposit with the Accountant-General a sum equivalent to one-third the amount of
the Award or S$5,000 whichever is the less.
