To find out the replacement cycle of Pop in which AIRCEL is available. 4. To find out who take cares of POP activity. 5. To find out retailers opinion in related to the life of POP Material and life of hard visibility. 6. To assess the distribution on the basis of number of outlets covered, supply, Merchandiser. 7. To find out retailers opinion in relation to company specific like replacement of POP, GSB, NON-LIT board ete. Aircel had launched with huge customer response and within very short period of time it has been able to achieve good number of market share in the business but suddenly due to many reasons the company started loosing its market share and profit reduced. The problem can be explained as below: >> Reduced market share due to huge competition. >> Unavailability of network in many areas. >> Lesser clarity in voice calls. >> Brand attachment of many customer with older service providers. >> Week customer service and marketing team. “Marketing research is the systematic and objective identification, collection analysis, dissemination and use of information for the purpose of improving decision making related to the identification and solution of problem’. During the course of conducting the study the information were gathered mainly through the primary source. Conducting field survey by taking to the retailer who is using mobile phone on the methodology used in the survey was personal observation and interview with retailer with the help of questionnaire, 3, TOOLS / TECHNIQUES TO BE USED FOR DATA ANALYSIS: The collection of data is through a (A).
