INTRODUCTION
This document details all security tokens which relate to the Legend Control Panel.
Please be aware of the following:
if a token is referred to as enabled then the box next to the token name is ticked in Security Management;
if an option is referred to as greyed out the user will be unable to select the option, preventing them from
proceeding;
if a token is referred to as historical it no longer applies to Legend these tokens can be selected or not selected
without any change to the users permissions;
tokens are grouped according to their prefix in security management.
1. CP_ SECURITY TOKENS

CAN_USER_CREATE_PROS PECT_STATUS
This token controls the users ability to add a new prospect status under Data >> Prospect >> Prospect Status.

This token controls the users ability to bulk update the booking cut off times in Club Settings >> Bookings. Users will be
prompted to enter their crednetials when clicking Update Resources. If the token is not enabled for the active user,
another user with the token enabled can use their credentials to authorise the update.
