Inlet Mov. Turbine/Generator/Gen demister - CW inlet/outlet valves open
Tank level OK
Lube oil temp > 70oF
Suction valve to pump open
Lube oil cooler selecton valve in correct position
Tank level OK
Hydraulic oil temp >90F
Suction valve of hydraulic pump open
Tank level OK
Lube oil temp > 70oF
Pumps discharge valve open
Lube oil cooler selecton valve in correct position
Jack oil pump suction valve open
Compressor volute drain is closed.
Air inlet valve open/ Air compressor should run & check for air pressure>5.5bar
Diesel block valve open
Booster pumps suction and discharge valve open
Diesel return valve open
Naptha block valve open
Booster pumps suction and discharge valve open, (GB Oil level OK)
Seal pot level OK
Seal pot pressure OK
check seal pot oil cooling line( to be opened)
Inlet and outlet vale open
Online water-wash line valve open.
Pump suction pr. > 2kg/cm2 and suction and make up valve open
Closed / Seal air valve towars HRSG open & start seal air fan just before start up of GTG ( To avoid the
reverse rotation of seal air fan).
Clear of men and material and doors closed

Valve in open position

All equipments in auto and MCCB in ON position
