completed homework ready to be turned in, etc.
2. Be in your seat and working when the bell rings.
3. When asked to be quiet, do so immediately.
4. Return all borrowed property to the lender.
5. Follow all rules in the student handbook.
* Students are required to respect other people at all times in this classroom.

Languages study
(Listening, speaking, reading, writing, culture) which includes vocabulary and
grammar knowledge.
CLASSROOM PARTICIPATION: Students are expected to complete class work that
includes listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Some formative assessments
based on the participation activities (group and individual) may be given
unannounced.
REQUIRED MATERIALS: Students will be issued a text and should have a binder
for Spanish, with paper and dividers for homework and notes. It is essential that
they bring the text, their planner and binder everyday as we have thematic
units that have additional material that is not included in the text. Students will also
need pens/pencils daily. We will occasionally need dry erase markers/colored
pencils, poster board and /or a flashdrive. Spanish 2- $83.75 Spanish 3
Realidades Replacement fees-$55.97

Homework: Students should have a separate binder for Spanish in which they will
keep class notes and homework assignments. Homework will be checked for
completion the day after it is given. Some grammar will be introduced, via the web,
as homework. Students will view the lesson and will be required to complete
questions on line, (outside of class) prior to coming to class.
Projects: A summative project will be given for each unit. We will work on some of
these in class, but students who are absent or who do not finish in class, need to
work on them at home. They involve speaking, writing and visual presentations and
are worth 100 points.
