Personal Application HW



Now that I have learned more information about
engineering, I plan to go to college and try to become a
Mechanical engineer. Im going to try and study for this major
and take all of the classes I can to prepare me for the college
courses that pertain to Mechanical Engineering. Since
Engineering has a lot to do with Mathematic skills, Im taking a
bunch of advanced math classes this semester and next
semester. Right now, I am taking Advanced Algebra and
Trigonometry to help prepare me for Calculus, which I have
next semester.

A project that I would create for myself is to try as hard as
I can to make the grade of an A in this Engineering class so I
can get the full advantage and opportunities to exceed in my
knowledge of Engineering. If I can make an A, I will know that I
have actually learned more about engineering and will be able
to use this knowledge to my advantage when I get into more
advanced engineering classes in college. I am going to succeed
in this goal by trying really hard on all of my assignments and
turning them all in on time. If I dont turn them in on time then
I am going to try my best to get them in soon after their due
date. The reason on why I need this goal is because it will help
me learn more and it will make me look better in the future
when colleges are looking into my background.

All in all, my goal for this class and for my future is to
make an A. That would tremendously help me look better
when a college is trying to narrow down who is going to be
accepted and who isnt. It would also help me by giving me a
sense of encouragement to excel in engineering and continue
on my path to becoming a Mechanical Engineer.
