Madam:

A review of the Sangguniang Kabataan Annual Budget for Calendar Year 2009 of
Barangay San Fernando, Sto. Domingo, Albay involving the appropriations of P95,
864.60 enacted by the Sangguniang Kabataan on November 23, 2008 conform with the
thrust and policies of the Municipal Federation, thus be given force and effect as of
January 1, 2009 provided.

That all appropriations herein contained are subject to the usual accounting rules
and regulations and shall be disbursed in accordance with all pertinent issuance as to their
coverage and limitations.
