Appointment as a Lab Assistant Beautician on Contract Basis at

VTI Chishtian

The Competent Authority is pleased to appoint you as a Lab Assistant Beautician at

Vocational Training Institute Chishtian on contract basis on the terms and
conditions mentioned below.
1.

Your gross salary will be @ Rs: 80/- per hour maximum 9 hours daily in 02

2.

batches each running in VTI Chishtian.

Please note that your services may be discontinued on one days notice from
either side without assigning any reason.

3.

Your designation, responsibilities or duties and place of duty may be changed

from time to time at the discretion of the Competent Authority.

4.

You will be an employee of VTI and your services will be governed by PVTC
Employees Services Regulation & other rules/ regulations/ procedures for VTIs
as issued/ amended from time to time by Punjab Vocational Training Council
(PVTC).

5.

You will produce your educational certificates/ testimonials, two passport size
photographs as well as attested copies of your domicile certificate and CNIC at
the time of your joining.

6.

If you accept the said terms & conditions, please sign the duplicate copy of
this letter as your acceptance by July 9, 2015 failing which this offer will stand
withdrawn.

7.

If at any stage it is found that the information provided by you was incorrect,
your services shall be liable for termination without notice.

8.

Please ensure your joining latest by July 10, 2015 failing which this offer will
stand withdrawn.
