3. gowda and team got majority (militancy).
4. gowda and his team were not liking of management & setty (factory manager).
5. subbu and team started cultural association.
6. subbu demanded that management negotiate with them for employee welfare.
7. gowda and subbu – heated exchange of words / physical bout.
8. enquiry conducted – subbu (acquitted) & gowda (refused to appear).
9. subbu demanded reinstatement (management agreed).
10. subbu with trimph writ large on his face – came to factory.
11. but here it was a strike by workers.
11. management assured gowda that he too would be reinstated & acquitted.
12. gowda was not in mood to listen nor to face the enquiry.
13. subbu demanded reinstatement which gowda protested.
14. it continues for 3 months.
15. work resumed after prolonged talks. (setty got sack , sridhar left, M.feeds lost his customers and first
time set a marketing department to regain, bottom line grew thicker)
