Interference: check performance UL quality; if high UL modulation and co
ding scheme seldom appear it is highly probable due to interference; UE spectral
scanning function and further determine whether the interference originates fro
m neighbouring cells or external systems
Coverage: weak coverage (RSRP low values); cross coverage or over-covera
ge (analyse radius of the cell, signal quality variation)
Imbalance: low DL/UL quality; check link budget, drive test; balance cou
ld be provided by adjusting power parameters or tilting the antenna
Antenna system: HW review; if two antennas are placed, they should have
same tilt and azimuth
