appears, then check the vertical deflection circuit (TDA8356, 100ohm,

Check the diodes in power supply and change them to BYD33D. Change power resistor
(2.2ohms, 5W) and power transistor. Pay attention to 1N4148 diode.............

THE TUNER, EACH IS CONNECTED TO A BLACK WIRE, THESE TWO WIRES CAN
SHORT IF THE CHASSIS HAS BEEN TWISTED AFTER A SERVICE OPERATION,
ALSO CHECK THAT THE IR RECEIVERS RIBBON CABLE IS NOT TRAPPED AND
EARTHING THE CRT RIM BAND...........................................
