LESSONLEARN
Overall, I had got so many new experiences from Grand Paramansa
Hotel Chef Training. Start from food knowledge, how to design an effective
kitchen layout until train how to increase speed. These below the lesson
learn that I got in Grand Paramansa Hotel Chef Traning:

From this training I got so many new information about food around
the world with each autenthic characteristic such Indonesian food,
Middle east food, until European food.
I also learn about Kitchen Layout Strategy. From this part of the
training I got knowledge about how to design the most effective
kitchen layout based on need. This lesson not only usedful in the
kitchen, but also increase my ability to think effective and efficient
in every jobs.
One of my favourite part in this training was in games. This games
teach the trainee how to work fast and carefully. This games also
gave lesson about teamwork.
In this training I also got knowledge about food plating. In a world
of food, plating is one of the most important thing because
actually, the the first thing that an eater considered is the
appereance. This training teach us how to plating food so well and
beautiful by showing some of amazing video.
In the last part of training, Grand Paramansa Hotel gave a training
to increase stress management in a kitchen environtment. This
training help me to increase my self control and how to control my
emotional.

DEVELOPMENTPROGRESS
1. Increase of culinary and kitchen knowledge.
2. Now I understand how to design the most effective Kitchen Layout
Strategy so well.
3. I got increased of food knowledge from around the world with the
characteristic.
4. My ability to work fast and carefully is increased.
5. I got significantly increased on ability on plating a food.
6. Now I can manage my self and emotion in any working conditions
bettter.

FEEDBACKFORTRAINERS
1. The training is good and fun because all of the informations given is
very interested.

2. If there is a presentation, make it more fun so doesnt make the


trainee bored.
3. Increase the amount of food and culinary informations.
4. Make more detailed rules if there is a working simulations so that
the trainee not become confused.
