THIS CAUSE came before the Court for pretrial conference. The Court has
jurisdiction over the subject matter and over the person of the Defendant. However,
the Defendant failed to appear at pretrial pursuant to the Notice to Appear. Pursuant
to Rule 7.170, Florida Small Claims Rules,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that default and default

judgment are hereby entered by the Court in favor of the Plaintiff, who shall
forthwith recover from the Defendant, GEMSTONE BUILDERS, INC., whose

Social Security Number is unknown, the sum of $2334.92 plus pre-judgment

interest of $140.10, with costs of $119.50, making a total of $2594.52, that shall bear
interest at the rate of 6% per year, for which let execution issue.
