Petitioners APF Fire Protection, Inc. and Alexander P. Francese having filed a
motion to confirm the arbitration award rendered by the American Arbitration Association in the

arbitration between the parties captioned Ledgerock LLC v. APF Fire Protection, Inc. and
Alexander P. Francese, AAA No. 13443 01211 13 dated June 18,2014; and respondent having
cross-moved for an order vacating such award; and the Court having rendered a decision and

order dated August 11,2014 confirming the arbitration award and awarding to petitioner its
attorneys fees and costs on this motion, and the Court having conducted a hearing on September

11,2014 to consider attorneys fees and costs and having rendered a decision at such time
awarding to petitioner the sum of $7,162.50 for its attorneys fees and costs on this motion.
Now on motion of David O. Wright, Esq., the attorney for petitioner, it is:
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Award of the American

Arbitration Association between the parties herein, and dated June 18,2014 is hereby confirmed
as a judgment of this Court, and it is further

attorneys fees and costs in this motion, against the respondent in the amount of $7,162.50, and it

Judgment in favor of petitioners APF Fire Protection, Inc. and Alexander Francese andagainst
Ledgerock LLC thesumof $31,628.15 as awarded in thearbitration award, with prejudgment
interest thereon from July 18, 2014, the date set in the arbitrationaward, amounting to $584.90,
together with attorneys fees and costs of $7,162.50, all totaling $39,375.55 and petitioners shall
have execution therefor.
