LESSON OUTLINE

Starter

1) Students responds to the teacher when they are asked about proper nouns
for people, animals, things and places
2) Teacher writes the answers on the blackboard using 4 columns
Main activities

1) Students work in their own group, they write 5 proper nouns according to
the 4 categories by using the tree map ( time is restricted)
2) Students pasted their work on the wall and one student from each group
is assigned to get different correct answers from other groups and write
them in their paper (time is restricted)
3) Students look at all the pasted work and read the answers.
Simultaneously, teacher gives two stars and a wish to the work displayed.

Plenary

1) Students are divided into 2 teams. 1 person is selected from one team. He
will throw a ball to the opposite team and says proper noun
people/animal/place/thing . The team who can answer immediately will score
1 mark.
2) The game continues to the other team and students take turns to give
questions.
3) Restate the objectives to find out how much they are achieved.

1) 3 LINUS students will be supplied with the examples in order for them to

1) To show the picture of tree map in the instruction to save the time from
