Visitors can drive or take public
transport such as bus or taxi from
the nearest town. Or you can just fly
here with cheap fare from the airline.
You can also simply take express
boat from Sarikei or Kuching which
will be a very meaningful &
adventurous journey to get here.
What Can We Find In Sibu?
• Wisma Sanyan – The tallest
building in Sarawak, which is
also located in the heart of
urban development in Sibu
town. Also a great place for
hang-outs and shopping.
• Night Bazaar – 6.00pm until
12.00am is the operation time,
a place where we can find
cheap clothes with superb
quality, local made
handicrafts, fashion
accessories, pottery and local
food such as dumplings, ‘’nasi
lemak’’, ‘’laksa Sarawak’’ and
many others which could
bewilder your taste bud!

Melanau house)
• Borneo Cultural Festival –
Don’t be a tourist, but be our
guest and stay in a traditional
longhouse, Lamin Dana or
Malay kampung house
especially on the festive
seasons. Don’t forget to watch
and try out the traditional
‘’Ngajat’’ dance which is not
available nowhere else
besides Sarawak.
