Please go over the assignments with your
student.
Parent/Guardian signs the folder and any
additional signature papers each week
and returns it to school on Monday.

5th grade Field Trip/Other Activities


If you would like to chaperone, you MUST fill out the FBISD
Criminal History Check. This is found on the FBISD website
(www.fortbend.k12.tx.us). Link is on the newsletter every
week.
These checks take 3-4 weeks to go through. If you plan to
come on the field trip or help with other activities with your 5th
grader, you must have it completed ASAP. If you do not fill it
out, you can not come on the field trip or assist with any other
5th grade activities.
PTO pays for the kids to go. You will have to provide your own
transportation. You can not ride the bus with the kids. This is
a field trip for 5th grade. Please do not bring any other children
with you.
