It is notified that the Admission Committee of the University vide its
Resolution No. 2 dated 08.05.2015 has approved the Schedule of Academic Calendar for
the University Teaching Departments/Institutes and its maintained/affiliated Colleges for

-2Note : 1. If the number of teaching days falls less than 180 days (90 days in each
semester) in the academic session 2015-16 due to some unforeseen
reasons, it would be the responsibility of each Department/ Institute/
College to make good the loss by arranging extra classes.
2. Award of Degrees: Degrees shall be awarded within 180 days from the
date of notification of result.
3.
In case result of the Even Semester are not declared in time,
provisional admissions in case of ongoing Semesters will be made and
classes may commence w.e.f. 15th July, 2015 of U.G. and 22 nd July, 2015
of P.G. courses.
