CHILLI PANEER

Chilli paneer
Ingrediants:
Onion-1 chopped
Capsicum-1 chopped
Tomato-1 chopped
Garlic-6 cloves sliced
Ginger-1 inch piece chopped
Tomato Sauce-1 tblspn
Soya Sauce-2 tsp
Vinegar-1 tblspn
Red chilli paste-1 tblspn
Paneer-1 packet cubed
Salt-to taste
Sugar-1 tsp
Ajinomoto-1 tsp
Red colour-a pinch
Oil For deep frying + 1 tblspn
Spring onion for garnishing
For Batter:
Flour-1/2 cup
Corn flour-1 tblspn
Salt to taste
Pepper-1 tsp
Soya sauce-1 tsp
Method:
Mix the ingrediants given for the batter together with some water to make a smooth
paste.Dip each paneer cubes in the batter and fry lightly.Remove that and set it
aside.

Now in a kadai add oil and fry some garlic and ginger for 30 sec.Then add in
onions,capsicum,tomatoes and fry for 2 min.Add in tomato sauce,soya
sauce,vinegar,red chilli paste,salt,sugar,ajinomoto,red colour and mix well.
Now tip in the paneer cubes and toss well.
Garnish with spring onion and serve hot with any dish.
Serving Suggestion:
This dish goes extremely well with Aloo Peas Pulav , Shahi Pulav , Chinese Style

Dip paneer cubes in batter and fry them...

fry some ginger and garlic in oil

Add onions to this

Add some salt,sugar and ajinomoto

throw in some capsicum too...

Add some soya sauce and red chilli paste...

Add some tomato ketchup and vinegar

Throw some tomatoes in this...

And some red food colour (optional)

Add in paneer cubes...

Toss well

Garnish with spring onion
