This course is designed to provide students with grounding in Canadian geography as well as a
comprehensive introduction to further studies in geography. Enjoy the semester!

Summative assignments will be given for each unit. At the conclusion of each unit there will also be a major test. They
will be announced at least one week in advance. If you are unable to write on the day of the test due to a valid
absence, you must make arrangements to write at the next possible opportunity, normally MSIP on the day of your
return.
