WEEK 3

What I learnt was that learning learning theories such as behaviorism,

cognitivism and constructivism. Also, I learnt that the biological timetables
and the stages of developments were important if we talked about
constructivism, Piaget; the importance of psychology for language
learning. I learnt the differences between discriptive and priscriptive
language, competence and performance... and the meanings of linguistic,
socio-linguistic,strategic and discourse competence. For example,we cant
talk to a teacher like our friends, this is socio-linguistic competence.

What I had difficulty in figuring out was some differences between

theories, maybe; but it is not a big problem. I can remember everything
when I take a look. I think, everything is clear for now.

I suppose I need to focus more on the learning strategies. I should find my

way of teaching and use them.

I believe I may use ,of course, learning strategies in my teaching, because

they are perfect things for our teaching. I should learn them immediately
and begin to use them. Also, I am going to use the ball which you give us
before each lesson to remeber the topics. I like it very very much. It is very
useful I think and I wiil use it in my teaching, also. 
