The Independent Television Producers Association of Portugal

(APIT) represents the rights and interests of Portuguese
producers with very different sized companies in all areas of
television production. From documentary to fiction, passing
through entertainment and telenovelas, we do everything
with professional accuracy using the most advanced
techniques existing in the market.
Portugal is one of the best countries to shoot, edit and save
your money regarding the production of your own shows or
buying them from Portuguese producers. In 2014 the total
revenues of our associates came close to 80 million Euros,
which well demonstrates the way we work plus the passionate

Duvideo is a reference production company in the Portuguese market.
With approximately 30 years and thousands of hours of TV broadcasting it has worked mainly in the
area of entertainment, fiction and documentary.

The film "Fados" by Carlos Saura is one of the successful examples of these partnerships.

and directed by Duvideo. Docs that join reality and fiction and that tell the history of the city from
past to present, through the episode of 1755 Earthquake, that destroyed the Portuguese capital, and

invited to manage the content of a show on a Portuguese network.
In September 2011, taking advantage of the popular and universal nature of astrology, Produes
Clandestinas debuted "O Dilema". This show covered the personal dilemma of a guest in the studio of
SIC and was hosted by a prestigious astrologer who dealed with horoscopes of the day and answer to
appointments via phone calls. It's successfully on air under the name "Life on Cards - The Dilemma"
(A Vida nas Cartas O Dilema).
Produes Clandestinas are available to co-produce this format, mainly for Portuguese-speaking

Creative, fresh, multi coloured, aromatic, lively
presented with a sophisticated touch:
Ingrediente Secreto (Secret Ingredient) is
hosted by Chef Henrique S Pessoa in an
intimate format that reaches its public by their
hearts and stomachs.
Each episode is dedicated to only one ingredient.
There are four different recipes that make use of
that ingredient plus a VT with someone who is
local producer of that same ingredient. The Chef
combines his recipes with amazing Portuguese
wine suggestions.
Technically, the lenses through which the program
is filmed, in a shallow depth of field, combined
with the use of natural light adds a human
dimension to this culinary show. Choices made on
the scale of shots, carefully focused, bring our
attention to what really matters: the Chef's food!
His workspace is well maintained in minimal style
specially designed to highlight his creations.
Chef Henrique S Pessoa mixes his food
knowledge with a bit of improvisation and a
refined image. A bite of resilience and finesse is
