Reason: Due to increasing liquor consumption and long ques on the outlets, it
would be feasible to include the bricks and clicks variation under the E-tailer
business model to:
1. Boost sales
2. Increase the brand name of the outlet
An online distribution channel and having a physical store greatly increases the
sales in this category. Offers can be posted on the website to attract consumers.
Free delivery of the products can be made within a specified location on certain
purchase criteria.
Adopting the community provider model would increase the visibility and bring in
more customers as a product like liquor home delivery would spread very
quickly in the vicinity.
