March 2009-February 2014

Assisted the Penn State Womens Volleyball Team to three National Championships and four Big
Ten Championships in five seasons

Coordinated all aspects of recruiting, including evaluations, correspondence, travel, planning

and executing on campus visits

Responsible for recruiting that included top 5 classes in five years and signed the top class in
the country for 2014 including the number one recruit and 5 of the top 15 recruits for that class

Acted as the liaison between the academic counselor and admission counselor for all incoming
players

Responsible for teaching both individual and team defense on the court and in video sessions

Assisted in numerous summer camps where I was in charge of running drills, interacting with
kids and providing evaluations

College of Charleston Assistant Volleyball Coach

March 2007-March 2009

Assisted the 2007 and 2008 Southern Conference Champions with player development and
game management

Coached six All-Conference players as well as two Freshman of the Year award winners

Assisted in the recruitment of players by evaluating and communicating with them, their
families and coaches

Responsible for travel, budget management, equipment and day-to-day management of the
volleyball program.
