NOTE: Below is an agenda of all items scheduled to be considered. Notification is hereby

provided that items on the agenda may be taken out of the order presented, two or more agenda
items may be combined for consideration, and an agenda item may be removed from the agenda
or discussion relating to an item on the agenda may be delayed at any time.
CALL TO ORDER & PLEDGE OF ALLIEGANCE
1. AOHT LEADERSHIP + IB COUNCIL INTRODUCTIONS
Comments will be limited to three minutes per person. Officials making comment will be
asked to begin by stating their name for the record, and naming the organization,
program, or group they represent. IBC President may elect to allow additional time for
introductions.
2. IBC PRESIDENTS WELCOME
VHSIBC President Karl Catarata requests both parties to allow time to formally welcome
all guests to the meeting and to address both councils on an open dialogue for the
administrative term.

3. OPEN DIALOUGE SESSION

Both IBC and AOHT Leadership request an open dialogue session to further reflect on
Quarter 1 Activities between the two student assembling bodies.
4. TEAMWORK SESSION
Direct the IBC and AOHT Leadership Team to discuss the following upcoming events for both
respective magnet programs:
4a. Las Vegas Motor Speedway Magnet Fundraiser

Event One: Saturday, October 3rd, 2015

Event Two: Saturday, October 17th Saturday, October 18th, 2015

4b. One Drops Walk for Water Community Service Event

5. RECOGNITION SESSION
5a. IBC will officially recognize September 30th as the official AOHT Leadership/IBC
Annual Meeting Day through an official proclamation to the AOHT Leadership Team.
6. PUBLIC COMMENT
Public comment will be taken during this agenda item. No action may be taken on a
matter raised under this item unless directed so by the Executive Board. Comments will
be limited to three minutes per person. Persons making comment will be asked to begin
by stating their name for the record, and if applicable, naming the organization, program,
or group they represent. The President may elect to allow additional public comment on a
specific agenda item when that agenda item is being considered.
7. OFFICIAL SUMMATIONS
Each leadership officer will further reflect, discuss, or motion any relevant issue at hand.
