Summer Internship.
3) Project Objective During my summer term break 2015, I completed my 40 days
internship at Curative Legal law firm situated at Jangpura A, New Delhi, 110014. Curative
Legal is lead by Danish Hasnain and Aasim Ali. The Firm consists of several attorneys and
staff-members who work in one office. I choose to apply in Curative Legal for my summer
internship because my senior advocate Mr. Aasim Ali was very experienced lawyer in field of
civil and criminal law.
4) Methodology to be adopted

My research methodology requires gathering relevant case laws for my research work allotted
to me from the specified documents and compiling cases in order to refer them in similar
cases before the court.
5) Brief Summary of project(to be duly certified by the industry guide)
I GURPREET SINGH Ninth semester student of Amity Law school-2 Noida did my
internship at Curative Legal law firm for a period of 40 days under Advocate Aasim Ali. He
deals with criminal and civil cases. it has been a very good experience working under him as
I have had learnt a lot of things like how to file and draft a case, industry interaction, how to
file a petition in consumer court, how to file FIR etc. I worked on cases involving various
facets of law, including Indian Penal Code, 1860, The Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, The
Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, Prevention of Corruption Act, Right to Information Act 2005,
Hindu Marriage Act 1955, Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005,
Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996 and Negotiable Instrument Act 1881. I was entrusted
with extensive research work, preparing notes for briefing. His internship involved regular
visits to Honble High Court of Delhi and various Sessions Courts and also attending client
conferences.
