Log onto www.parchment.com

Click on Sign Up Now
Complete your information
Click on No, I do not want to be discovered by colleges and
scholarship programs looking for students like me.
*You can complete this step later at your convenience.
5. Click Sign Up.
6. Click within the first box that says, Start by adding a school or
organization that you attended.
7. Type Smyrna High School and hit Search
8. Click Add next to Smyrna High School
9. Fill in or check your information.
10.Check the box I waive my right to access.
11.Click on Consent and Request.
a. Under your transcript, click Order
b. Search for the organization you would like the transcript sent to.
c. Select the organization
d. Click Save and Continue
e. Click Continue

f. Sign and Submit
