SERVER RULES

If any of the following rules are violated or infringed upon in any way,
administrative action can be taken against the offender.

RDM
RDM or Random Death Match is defined as killing other player without a valid reason
inside of roleplay. Be advised that role play must be initiated in game, it cannot be
initiated through any 3rd party source such as TeamSpeak 3 or Steam. In addition to this,
starting roleplay with a cop just for the purpose of killing them is not allowed.

VDM
VDM or Vehicle Death Match is defined by intentional killing or attempting to kill
someone with any motorized transportation device is not allowed. Our server does not
tolerate VDM in for any reason. If you hit another player on accident, please report
yourself to an admin, this way you are not later accused of VDMing on purpose. Multiple
accounts of VDM could result in administrative action against you.

Fail to Roleplay
Failure to initiate roleplay while playing as any faction can result in administrative
action. There are many offenses that can fall under the Fail to Roleplay category, some
examples are: Meta-Gaming and NLR. Police should always make sure to follow the
police procedures to prevent being accused of Fail to Roleplay.

GreenZone Violation
GreenZones are the safe areas in Altis. They are marked on the map by filled
transparent green circles. In these areas it is against server rules for civilians to commit
any crimes. But police can still make arrests and pursue criminals into these areas.

Harassment

Harassment is defined as excessive verbal abuse towards another player. Multiple or

even a single offense of harassment could result in a ban.

NLR
NLR, or the New Life Rule, is defined as once you have died you cannot return to the
location of your death or return to an operation you were involved in for 15 minutes if
you are playing as a civilian. NLR for police can vary. NLR does not apply to police when
there are 5 or less police online; it also doesnt apply when an admin decides that police
needs to take control of a major city.

Civilian & Paramedic Interaction

Civilians are never to engage in illegal activities with a paramedic. This means
paramedics cannot be killed or taken hostage by civilians.

Smoke Screens
Vehicle smoke screens are for use in combat situations only. Do not release a smoke
grenade from a vehicle while not involved in a combat environment.

Freeing of Prisoners
Freeing of prisoners - If someone such as your friend or gang member is being placed
under arrest you may free them but you must engage in RP, You have to tell them to get
on the ground or freeze and have them release the person, You cannot snipe them or
just run up and light them up, the only way you would be allowed to kill the police
officer(s) is if they engage you. Also once the person is in a safe zone you absolutely
cannot break them out, so if your friend is in the police HQ then you better get a
chopper and start heading to the jail to free them.

Robbing Federal Reserve

Federal reserve can be robbed once every hour, however if you are caught abusing the
Federal Reserve, administrative action will be taken against you. Also there is no point in
robbing more than once in an hour anyway due to the fact that gold does not spawn in
the vault very quickly.

Combat Logging
Combat logging or soft logging is not allowed. If you are stuck in the middle of nowhere,
you can call service using youre smart phone. Service can heal you, repair youre
vehicle, or transport you to a new location for a fee.

Verbal Restrictions
Please Refrain from using side chat in game. If you are told to stop talking in side chat
too many times, you may be kicked from the server.

Declaring War
To declare war on an area or police must always be verified by an admin. Calling a war
on a gang is permitted but you must keep the war out of Kavala.

Dropping Vehicles
Dropping vehicles from the air, commonly referred to as air bombing is not allowed.
The first offence will result in a kick, the second will result in a ban.

Krastinova
Police cannot enter the country of Krastinova. There are multiple ways a civilian can
enter Krastinova. The first way to enter Krastinova is to smuggle yourself in by boat or
rotary wing aircraft. But be warned, if a police officer sees a helicopter going in or out of
Krastinova they can shoot it down with out warning. Also the aircraft can be shot at no
matter what side of the border it is on. The next way is to cross the border at the police
checkpoint. You can legally cross the border at the police checkpoint if you have
purchased a passport. Passports can be purchased at the Krastinova Embassy in west
Kavala.
