Subsidy Agreement
This agreement executed on 13 th July 2015 by Benny Antony
Chalakkal House, P.O Valapad Thrissur District Kerala (Here in after called
the First Party) and Treesa Mathew Agricultural Officer, Nattika Grama
Panchayath, Thrissur District on be half of the Agricultural department
Kerala (Here in after called the Second Party)
Where as the First Party has given an application for availing
assistance for establishment of a naturally ventilated tubular structured
Rain shelter with an area of 100m 2 under the IVDP Scheme implemented
by department of Agriculture, Kerala.

The First Party should carry out the following Instruction

1. Agrees to establish the naturally Ventilated Tubular Structured Rain
Shelter in accordance with the specifications provided and directions
from department of Agriculture.

2. Agrees to take up cultivation of crops in the poly house for a

minimum period of 5 years and, stringent action including
cancellation of this agreement and revenue recovery will be
resorted to by the second party.
3. Agrees to utilize the money released under the programme for the
purpose for which it was meant and any diversion of funds may
invite stringent action including cancellation of the agreement and
revenue recovery.
4. Agrees the First party defaults in performing any of the conditions
mentioned in the guidelines and proceedings, the second party shall
have the right to obtain specific orders through court of law for
recovering the full subsidy.
5. First party agrees to allow inspection by the second party, officials of
Department of agriculture or any other Government agency, during
the period of construction and entire period of cultivation.
