    independently.Theteacherwillthencontinuetoobservethechildtohelp
    overcomedifficultiesandredirectthechildsinterestifnecessary.
    ChildrenofaMontessorischoolareviewedastheirownperson.Children
    haveanaturaldrivetoworkinordertodevelop.Childrenarenotcontentunless
    theyhaveanopportunitytodevelopandlearn.Montessorilooksatwaysof
    understandingchildrenandhowchildrendevelopbasedoncarefulscientificstudy.
    TheMontessorienvironmentisonewhereadultsandchildrencareforone
    otherandarenotafraidtoshowit.Itisaplacewhereyoucanlearnasmuchas

    possibleaboutallthethingsthatinterestachildwithoutbeingscaredaboutthe
    thingsthatdont.Itisaplacewherechildrencanbetheirselvesandcanlearnto
    reallylovelearning.
    Dr.Montessoridevelopedasetofmaterialstoworktogethernotonly
    withintheclassroom,buyalsoacrossclassroomlevels.Thesetwithineach
    classroomwasintendedtobeabouttherightsizesetforachildtomaterinabout
    threeyearsintheclassroom.Thematerialsthechildwouldseeinthenext
    classroomnotonlyreferredtothematerialsintheearlierclassroombutbuilton
    theknowledgethechildrenalreadyknew.
