To whom it may concern,

It gives me great pleasure to recommend to any organization Jennifer Lebel. I have had
the pleasure of working with Jennifer for the past four months in a cooperative learning
environment. I have found her to be diligent, punctual, and willing to take on new
challenges. Jennifer is extremely dedicated to her responsibilities. She goes out of her
way to assist students and their families, and she takes on responsibilities without being
asked. She shows initiative. She is very involved in her community and strives to grow
professionally, academically, and personally.
Jennifer demonstrated tremendous growth during her clinical practice. She offered as
much as she extracted from the experience. She reflected daily on her experiences both
in and outside of the classroom, making positive adjustments every step of the way. She
offered suggestions and recommendations that were well-received and utilized. She
enhanced both the learning experiences for the students as well as the teaching
experiences for other teaching professionals.
I believe that she will be an asset to any endeavor in which she may apply herself.
Should you require any additional information please do not hesitate to contact me.

Dear Sir or Madam,
It is my pleasure to recommend Jennifer Lebel for a teaching position in your school.
Jennifer was assigned to my classroom to complete the special education portion of her
student teaching. During that time, I was able to see both professional growth and
teaching strategy development in Jennifer. Her main focus was two students with
learning disabilities. She assessed their skills and created a remediation plan based on
her assessment. For several weeks, Jennifer worked closely with these two students,
modifying instruction as needed and encouraging their progress. She had the added
responsibility of directing paraprofessionals, collaborating with related service providers
and communicating with parents.
As Jennifers direct supervisor, I observed her interactions and instructional style on a
daily basis. Jennifer was firm and caring with her students. She maintained a neutral
affect when negative behaviors occurred and was gently supportive of her students
weaknesses. She had high expectations which she worked hard to help her students
reach. Jennifer was actively responsive to constructive criticism and aided me and the
other staff in the room in problem-solving behavior and academic issues. In short, she
was a pleasure to work with and an asset to our classroom.
I hope that you will consider Jennifer as an extremely adept teaching candidate. Special
education students will surely benefit from Jennifers experience, competence and love of
teaching. If you require additional information, please feel free to contact me at the
number above.
Sincerely,
Shaana Niessen

To whom it may concern,
It is a pleasure to recommend Jen Lebel for study abroad and/or for a teaching position.
Jen was a student in a course I teach at Rowan University. I found her to be intelligent,
motivated to succeed as a scholar and quite creative. Jen attended class regularly and
also completed all assignments in a timely manner. Her work in class was excellent and
she demonstrated a keen sense of responsibility at all times.
Jen Lebel is an example of the type of student that is capable of becoming an outstanding
teacher. I believe she possesses those qualities of intellect, scholarly approach and desire
to succeed that are essential for success in the classroom.
As we seek excellent candidates to meet the many challenges faced by educators in these
difficult times, it is clearly critical that we make stellar staffing decisions. I have
confidence Jen is the type of candidate who will work hard to advance school district
goals and better the lives of her children. I am aware of no reason that she would not
emerge as an excellent candidate therefore I recommend her highly.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can further her candidacy and I ask that you give
Jen consideration in your search for a quality educator. Thank you and best of luck in
your search.
