September 7 and 9, 2015, is the 8th week of our observation in Itlugan National High

School. This week is my stressful week ever in my whole observation in Itlugan, there is a lot of
things to accomplish like our thesis and our lesson plan for our local demonstration, this is also
the week for our semi final exam. I decided to answer first my Field Study Book 2. From the part
that I answered I was asked, why is it sound teaching practice for a teacher to begin with the
end in mind and to share his or her lesson objectives or intended learning outcomes with his or
her students? It is because our learning objectives is what we want for our students to achieved in
the end of the lesson, then we have to share our lesson objectives to our students for them to be
guided in the whole process of our class, for them to be focused on what they need to achieved.
Then I found that the learning objective of the teacher that I observed is SMART( Specific,
Measurable, Attainable, Result- Oriented and Time bound), because as the class end, the students
achieved what is said to the learning objectives.
Then, I was asked also if it is possible to teach only in one domain like affective only or
cognitive only or psychomotor only? For me its a no, because the understanding of the students
will be easily forgotten, unlike when the student experienced to make an activity related to what
they learned from the lesson, then because of that you can prove also if your students really
learned from the lesson.
This week also, we are asked to make our lesson plan, to be checked by our cooperating
teacher, making a lesson plan is not as easy as that, but by the help of our Cooperating Teacher
we did our lesson plan and she guided us.
