Announcing the Oriole Lane Art Website

Dear Oriole Lane Friends and Family,

This school year I am proud to present you with a new way to stay connected with what is happening in the art room. I have
published a website that is accessible to both you and your student. Some of the things this website will include are images of
student work, content from art class, art exhibition information, extra-curricular information, things to try at home, videos,
worksheets, interactive guides, what were learning, program information, volunteer information and much more!

Because of all the information one can find on this website, it will be replacing my traditional paper newsletter. Please visit
the website frequently, as it will always be changing. This website is geared to be both student and family friendly. Many times
students wish they could have access to some of the tutorials, videos and worksheets we use to learn new concepts in art class at
home. Now, this website makes this possible for students. To get students familiarized with the website and how to use it I am
running an Art Website Contest. To participate all you need to do is help your student find the Oriole Lane website using one of the
two methods below:

If you do not have access to the Internet at home, your student can still participate in the contest! Please have them talk to me
