Overview:

We have to adhere the password policies defined below in order to protect the
security with in the Organizations.
It is our responsibility to share/transfer the password in a secure way.

Purpose:
This document is designed to protect the User accounts and their passwords .

Scope:
This document says that how the User related information (username/password)
are communicated responsibly to the intended audience.

Password Protection :
1.Never send/share the passwords to others except the designated users.
2. Never reveal the password over the phone.
3.Never reveal the password in the SNOW ticket.
4. Unless if you get appropriate authorization from the User never share the
password to others.
