of the Premises from the LESSOR with telah setuju menyewa sebuah Bangunan

Article 1 - DURATION

Pasal 1 MASA SEWA

Article 2 RENTAL RATE

Harga Sewa adalah USD 1.250 ( Seribu

4.1 Security Deposit sebesar USD 1.250

yang telah dibayar kepada PEMBERI

akan disimpan oleh PEMBERI SEWA dan
dipakai sebagai Deposit untuk masa sewa
4.1 Security Deposit of USD 1.250 that has
perpanjangan yang dimaksud di

LESSOR as Deposit for the extension
