SYNOPSIS
______________________________________

In recent years, the home automation has seen a rapid introduction of

network enabled digital technology. This technology offers new &
exciting opportunities to increase the connectivity of devices within the
home for the purpose of Home Automation. Home automation refers to
control of home appliances using information technology. There are lots of
devices on the market that allows you to monitor our home from central
interface. Thus the already existing methods for the automation of home
are Bluetooth, Zigbee, GSM based technology. But with the help of rapid
expansion of the Internet, there is the potential to control & automate the
Home appliance using it. It is achieved by interfacing the Internet with
Embedded system.
In this document, my aim is to design a Smart Home Automation
application on Raspberry Pi & the algorithm for the same has been
developed in python environment which is the default programming
environment provided by Raspberry Pi.
We are designing a Smart Home automation with all desired possibilities
and parameters with the help of various entities.
In general, most of the content provided in this planning guide can be
applied to project work.

AUG1-AUG14: l

Learn the basic entities & terminologies related

to project.

AUG1-AUG14: Learn about Raspberry Pi fundamental from

Scratch. Meanwhile, some key technology such as already existing
methods for the automation of home & Hardware
Description with basic layout.

SEP1-SEP12: Understand the parameters & head to the Google

coder website & download the compressed version of image & installed
the image in SD Card.

SEP13-SEP27: Learn Basic python language & algorithms.

Installing the Raspbian software on Raspberry Pi.

SEP27- OCT8: Build a prototype web page for interfacing of web

page with Pi using HTML & CSS & practicing more on python language.

OCT9- OCT18: Testing the code & interfacing with Real time
system.Understand the logics of language and working on coding for
interfacing of smart home automation using Internet over Pi.
